The hot topic that currently blogger,webmaster or internet marketer discussing is about the google page rank update.Many people still wondering when the next page rank(PR) update.Some people said it is three months from the last page rank update.Some people said at the end of December or January and some said this week (end November 2008) is the time google update page rank.

Page rank is interesting topic to be discussed.Yesterday I had chatted with one fellow blogger about his page rank.He said google google just update his page rank to PR 4.When I check his blog it is true his blog have page rank 4.Then I surf on search engine and forum about the latest news about page rank and I found that no blog or website discussing or writing about the latest news about page rank.Therefore what can I summarize here is google maybe have update page rank early for some site but not all site officially.There must a time where google update all site in one time.Hopefully it is on December or January.

Do you have a house or building?Having house is compulsory to everyone because house is a place we live and stay and protecting ourself from weather like rain and others and protecting us from wild animal.Owning a house is dream of every people.However since the value is expensive not all people afford to buy it.The alternative way if they not afford to buy house is renting from other people.Beside the value that will increase from time to time the reason why people buying house is because house can be inherited to their next generation in the future.That is the strong reason.

Whereas a building is a place to operate business.Similar like house, value of building will increase from time to time.That is the main reason why most of owner of business most prefer to buy building rather than rent it.Building is an asset to a business.Therefore owning a business building can increase the value of business in overall.Beside for usage of business, building also can be sold if business having financial problem in the future.It is smart investment for long term basis.

In my previous article Using Traffic To Change Your Blog Into Money Machine I have touched about leaving comment on other blog.In that article I more focus on relationship between traffic and blog comment.However on this article I will focus on many more benefit that will obtained by commentators when they leaving comment on other blog.I will give you one technique that I create and use to motive me to leave comment on other blog.Glad to share here with you.Comment is a free thing on internet.But since it is free not many people care much about it.This is because normally free stuff need much effort is include in long term strategy since the return is not instant and only can see the result in the future.It is like save money on bank.In short term definitely not much benefit will be obtained by depositors.

But you need to save in long term basis to get the benefit.In life there are short and long term strategy.Short term strategy is strategy the focus to get benefit in short term basis whereas long term strategy is the focus to get benefit in long term basis.Comment on other blog include in long term strategy.Normally people want instant result on what they do.That’s why sometime they ignore to do anything that will be give result on long term basis.But as human it is a normal thing.This is because human need to be educated about something that new and thing that they are not familiar with it.

Spending some time everyday to write something and update blog everyday is seem compulsory to every blogger which the purpose of building the blog is to generate money.But if your purpose of blogging is just for personal and not for money therefore it is not a problem to you if you are not update your blog everyday.This is because the purpose of your blogging is to fill your free time or just a hobby.

However no matter for what purpose you are blogging there is sometime we will feel stuck which mean we don’t have any idea to write in our blog.As a blogger we totally depend on idea to write something in our blog.In other word we don’t need to spend any capital or money to make our blog fill with article because our capital is idea.

All people want to success no matter in any field they are in.Education , business , life , working , blogging and many others.Those are just some field I mentioned.Dream is wonderful.Normally we will dream to achieve something after heard or reading about people’s successful.Then we start dreaming.Dream achieving something is easy but when we start to chase it we start realize that is not as easy as our dream.Then we start learning the reality of life.The reality not easy to success.

To success sometime we forget that to success there is rules.Rules?Yes,rules that must be fulfilled before we can achieve what we are targeting.Not only one but many.This article is about motivation.But even it is about motivation it can break down your motivation.Weird but true.How this article can break down you motivation?Your motivation will break down when knowing about the things that I will list down in few more minutes and then you will say what a difficult to success.
